"half Puerto Rican, half American"? What's that about? You can't contrast Puerto Rican with American unless you move Puerto Rico to a different hemisphere. Nor does it make sense on a political basis, given its status as a commonwealth of the U.S. Someone with more knowledge of this pugilist's ethnic background--if it really matters--should fix this.

This article appears to be edited by someone with a conflict of interest. "Manfredy had an amateur record of 48-8 (confirmed by prominent boxing website: www.cyberboxingzone.com), unknown to many boxing followers."- If it is such a prominent website why is it unknown to many boxing fans? "won an impressive 23 in a row"- Impressive to who?
