- This is probably an issue with the fonts supplied with your web browser (computer, phone). Not every font includes the symbol as it is so rarely used. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 17:22, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
- I've added Template:Contains special characters to the page. Bazza (talk) 17:59, 7 December 2020 (UTC)
How to use interrobangs[edit]
An interrobang is intended to be used for the use of exclamatory rhetorical questions. Here are a few examples:
He really said that‽
You can't be serius‽
They went bankrupt‽

interrobang in chess[edit]
In chess annotation ?! and !? are very different. The former means dubious; the latter means interesting. See, e.g., https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chess_annotation_symbols Rrafw (talk) 21:12, 29 January 2022 (UTC)
- The hatnote mentions that but I have added a brief note to the chess notation section as a 'see also'. --John Maynard Friedman (talk) 01:14, 30 January 2022 (UTC)
