Kobe Tai (born January 15, 1972) is an American former pornographic actress and adult model.

She was a contract performer with Vivid Entertainment.[2] In 2011, Complex ranked her first on its list of "The Top 50 Hottest Asian Porn Stars of All Time".[3]

Personal life[edit]

Tai was born January 15, 1972, in Taipei, Taiwan. She was adopted by her father in Taiwan before moving to San Diego in 1974, where she lived until she was five. They later moved to Arkansas. She attended the University of Arkansas, majoring in communications.[1]

She is bisexual.[1]

Career[edit]

Mainstream appearances[edit]

In addition to her roles in porn films, Tai appeared in the mainstream movie Very Bad Things, portraying a stripper who is accidentally killed by Jeremy Piven at a bachelor party. She did background vocals for Marilyn Manson's song, "New Model No. 15", on the album Mechanical Animals.[4]

She was an Opening Night Guest of Honor along with Asia Carrera at the Big Apple Anime Fest's Midnight Anime Concourse.[5]
